Job Description:This candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper customer service, accurate bookings and follow through with open cases that includes invoicing and stock control.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Internal and external customer liaison
- Apply financial acumen to ensure accurate pricing as per medical aid limits and hospital groups
- Ensure accuracy and complete follow through of booked items to theatres
- Accurate invoicing of cases based on usage report according to policies
Minimum Requirements:- Matric
- 2 years experience in invoicing and customer service
- Experience with Sage 200 beneficial
- Experience in the medical industry beneficial
