We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Administrator, to be based at our branch in Rustenburg. You are responsible for Inclusive of, but not limited to: Assisting Consultants : Book & manage consultants' diaries as per client request. Closing of consultant and litigation billings on CMS. Draft recommendations for consultants. Assistance in proofreading documents and/or drafting basic IR documents. Book & manage the litigation department's diaries. Administration : Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMS. Updating of CMS information (e.g., client information). Filing and drawing clients' files and litigation files. Attend to all CCMA / Dispute Resolution Forum documentation (Objection to Con-arb, Set-downs, etc.) Reports : Assistance in compiling reports (both internal and external. E.g., reports for national clients, etc.) Assisting with litigation reports. Adhoc: Assisting with answering calls professionally and accurately - Ensure detailed messages are taken when the relevant person is not available and distributed via email You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role: Grade 12 A minimum of 12 month's experience in a corporate environment fulfilling an administrative role - Previous experience in the services/legal industry would be advantageous Package & Remuneration: Salary: R12 750 CTC per month Benefits: Cell phone, Internet, Laptop and Pension Fund.
