We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of development and analytics to join our dynamic team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will leverage your technical expertise to analyse, design, and implement effective solutions that enhance our business processes and drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to understand development practices and analytics will be key in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements. Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology and analytics. Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Design and implement data-driven solutions to support business decisions and strategies. Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and function as expected. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis, development, and analytics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment. Strong technical knowledge, including understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques like data modelling & visualisation, wireframing, ETL. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS SQL, MS Fabric, MS Visio, Monday.com, etc).
