Project Manager will be responsible for managing, planning and overseeing the VoIP projects and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. The IT Implementation Project Manager will be required to execute the following duties and responsibilities, but not limited to the below. Managing all aspects of VOIP project implementation, including planning, scheduling and resource allocation. Overseeing project budget and timeline and ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are within budget. Overseeing the testing and acceptance of the VOIP solution, ensuring that it meets quality standards and user expectation. Providing leadership and guidance to project team members. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to EXCO about strategy, adjustments and progress. Monitoring progress and make adjustments as needed. Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement. 6 years relevant IT Project Management experience VoIP Project Management experience Relevant Project Management Qualification Proven track record of delivering complex IT implementation projects on time and within budget, with strong knowledge of VOIP technologies Communication Skills Time Management Skills Leadership Skills Organisation skills Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
