The ideal candidate will deeply understand candidate engagement, sourcing, and relationship building.

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and rapport. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing and Talent Pipelining: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates. Proactively build and manage a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure candidate profiles align with client requirements.
Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring seamless and respectful interactions at every stage. Gather and provide feedback to enhance the overall recruitment process.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to candidate availability and expectations. Share relevant market insights with the team to enhance overall recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant with a specific focus on candidate engagement.
In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and talent pipelining.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a superior candidate experience.
