- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and rapport. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing and Talent Pipelining: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates. Proactively build and manage a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure candidate profiles align with client requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring seamless and respectful interactions at every stage. Gather and provide feedback to enhance the overall recruitment process.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to candidate availability and expectations. Share relevant market insights with the team to enhance overall recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant with a specific focus on candidate engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and talent pipelining.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit effectively.
