Our client has a big solar/substation project in Upington and is looking for an IT Supervisor, to start in June 2024.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise IT team members
- Manage system administration and network operations
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Oversee IT projects from planning to completion
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Identify training needs and provide professional development
- Assess and mitigate IT risks
- Stay updated on emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6 years of IT & supervisory experience
- Proficiency in system administration, networking, and cloud platforms
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
