This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technician located in La Lucia. The Information Technology Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. They will also assist with system maintenance and upgrades, perform regular backups, and ensure data security. A confident individual with excellent IT Acumen that can work independently, grasp requirements quickly and apply best practices to all IT requirements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and network security Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS Ability to install and configure software and hardware Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with Active Directory and user support Strong analytical and multitasking abilities Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus Commensurate with Experience Benefits including, Medical Aid and Bonus Apply Now
