Plus, you'll get to manage exciting IT projects, travel to new sites, and be the go-to expert for all things tech If you're a problem-solving prodigy with a passion for IT, we want to hear from you Minimum Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field A,N and MCSE certification 2-4 years experience in IT Technician/Administrator role Strong admin background Exceptional problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good customer service skills Valid driver's license and own vehicle Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and travel to distant sites (once or twice a month) Duties and Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote end-user support Manage IT projects and be a primary resource Travel to remote sites for support and projects Offer first-line support for telephony services and smartphones Prepare and install end-user devices Log incidents and requests on behalf of staff and management Act as a single point of contact for IT-related issues Demonstrate understanding of applications, networking infrastructure, server management, domain management, firewall administration, and IT procurement Manage multi-level backups Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
