Jnr. Sales Representative - South Africa
Job Description:
As a young and dynamic Sales Representative, you will be responsible for marketing and selling all products offered by the company. Your primary focus will be to drive sales and achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires working both in the showroom and at trade shows, as well as managing stock movements and assisting with other tasks as needed. Professional conduct, adherence to company rules, and effective communication with customers and colleagues are essential for success in this position.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Showroom:
- Drive sales and meet targets.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience.
- Timely delivery of quotes to customers.
- Serve customers in the showroom and at trade shows, adhering to company policies (e.g., minimum orders) in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a record of breakages and damaged stock.
2. Stock:
- Prepare requests for credit and seek assistance from the admin clerk if needed.
- Record all stock movements in and out of the premises and forward the necessary documentation to the admin department.
3. Other Tasks:
- Assist in preparing for trade shows and actively participate in them when required, even working overtime if necessary.
- Ensure stock is ordered for trade shows and numbered on time, and apply any special prices as required.
4. General Conduct:
- Adhere to all company rules and policies.
- Interact with customers and third parties politely and with respect.
- Treat all staff members with courtesy and provide information and assistance when requested.
- Be open to completing tasks outside the drafted job description if feasible and requested by management or staff.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: R5,000.00 per month.
Travel Allowance: R5,000.00 per month (Applicants must have their own vehicle, a clear credit record, and a valid driver''s license).
Fuel Allowance: R3,500 per month.
Cell Phone Allowance: R1000 per month
Pension: 5% employee contribution, 5% employer contribution per month.
Commission: Between 1.5 4% on turn over.
