Job Overview: Sales Consultant (IT & Cybersecurity Training)We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our IT and cybersecurity training programs, consulting and securing government tenders,. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales, this opportunity is for youResponsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential clients from leads lists.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Schedule and conduct client meetings to showcase the benefits of our services.Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.Assist with data capturing and other administrative tasks.Follow up with clients and provide exceptional customer service.Handle general administration duties related to client accounts.Preferred Skills and Experience:Sales acumen and ability to close deals.Industry knowledge in IT, cybersecurity, training, and government procurement.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Strong organizational abilities.Persistence and resilience in sales.Basic technical understanding.Previous sales experience, especially in relevant domains.Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)This position is commission-based.
