- Evaluate internal order requisitions
- Evaluate suppliers for authenticity
- Check supplier invoices against orders
- Obtain approvals for invoices
- Reconcile banking with Omni accounts
- Generate management reports
- Do VAT reconciliations in SARS E-filling
- Do EMP201 reconciliations in SARS E-filling
Education:
- BCom Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year Accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Omni Accounts Software advantageous
- Financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Deadline driven
- Must have own transport and drivers licence
- Must ideally stay in the Vaal Triangle
