Candidate Requirements:

Must have a Culinary Certificate/Diploma
Minimum of at least 1 year of previous experience as a chef in a luxury environment
Exposure to high-end kitchens beneficial
Knowledge about flavors, plating, and trying new recipes
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
Must be punctual and self-disciplined
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must provide a food portfolio when applying
