Join our dynamic marketing team in Cape Town as a Junior Content Marketing Specialist We are looking for a creative and motivated recent graduate to help us expand our brand's reach, engage our audience, and drive sales through compelling and innovative content across various platforms. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Develop and execute content strategies that align with our company's objectives and marketing goals. • Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement creative marketing campaigns. • Analyze content performance metrics to gauge success and optimize future marketing strategies. • Stay up-to-date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology to ensure our content is fresh and relevant. • Assist in managing social media channels and increasing engagement from followers. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new content and marketing initiatives. • Support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, English, Content Marketing, or related field. • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. • Familiarity with SEO principles and social media marketing techniques. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools. • A portfolio of written or digital content (school projects included) that demonstrates your capabilities and creativity. • A collaborative and creative work environment. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Exposure to all facets of content marketing within a thriving industry.
