As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping our online strategy, creating captivating content, and optimizing user experiences to drive business growth. Social media strategy and execution Develop and implement a robust social media strategy for our organization. Drive engagement and brand awareness across six brands through compelling content and campaigns. Collaborate with digital agencies to meet objectives and enhance audience loyalty. Manage content calendars and oversee the creation of engaging posts, photos, videos, blogs, memes, and paid adverts. Monitor and moderate multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X. YouTube Channel Management Take charge of our YouTube platform, implementing communication and advertising plans to boost engagement. Measure and optimize campaign performance on YouTube, including video advertising strategies. Website performance and SEO Implement SEO strategies and PPC campaigns to enhance website visibility and traffic. Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and initiate improvements based on insights. Continuous Improvement and reporting Provide insightful digital reports highlighting campaign impact and ROI. Identify market insights and present solutions for continual digital performance improvement. Interact with customers to understand market dynamics and optimize strategies accordingly. Administration and budgeting Develop and implement timing plans for digital activities, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist in budget allocation and management for digital initiatives. Handle invoicing and budget reconciliation for digital services. A degree or diploma in advertising, journalism, media, marketing, or digital marketing. 2 years of experience specifically in digital marketing. Proficiency in a range of social media platforms and B2B social media experience is a plus. Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored for various digital platforms. Knowledge of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, algorithms, PPC, and SEO. Experience with YouTube advertising and website analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva or InDesign, and social media tools.
