Duties:

Development:

Creation of services, reports, and applications as per business requirements and agreed deadlines.

Support:

Assist IT and IS support personnel in solving technical problems escalated to you.
Resolve issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known or creating new solutions within the departmental time-frame.

Documentation:

Comprehensive documentation of new and existing systems at a technical level to ensure support continuity.
Complete all required documentation fully and provide supporting documents if needed.

Training:

Train level 1 support and other development personnel on new and existing systems to ensure they can provide the required support to the business.

Project Management:

Manage projects in line with business requirements.
Ensure efficient planning, executing, controlling, and closing of projects to achieve agreed goals, criteria, and deadlines.
