Business Applications and Process Support Manager (BAPS)KwaZulu-Natal Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control:- Budgeting and accounting for the cost of BAPS services both locally and globally.
Service Management:- Delivering and supporting BAPS services that meet business needs.
Project Management:- Managing BAPS systems development and integration solutions.
- Collaborating closely with external developers to provide effective and efficient solutions.
- Ensuring proper planning, executing, controlling, and closing of projects to achieve agreed goals, criteria, and deadlines.
Business Analysis:- Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team.
Development:- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new reports, integrate systems, and solve business challenges.
- Debugging and resolving report defects and issues.
Vendor Management:- Working with external support personnel to provide cost-effective and business-compatible support to internal stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with vendors to ensure the delivery of quality products and services.
Training:- Training support and development personnel on new and existing systems to ensure they can provide the required support to the business.
Team Leadership:- Ensuring a motivated, competent, effective, and efficient team that can meet business requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Project Management certification.
- Azure certification.
Legal Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a similar position.
- 5+ years in SQL/SSIS/SSRS development.
- 5+ years in systems architecture design.
- 5+ years in business analysis.
- 5+ years in SQL server database administration.
- 5+ years in project management.
- 2+ years in Azure administration.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expert in MS SQL Query creation, SSIS package, and SSRS report creation.
- Proficiency in Power BI development.
- Experience in Azure data platforms management and Azure administration.
- Knowledge of source control management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
