Dialler Manager - Durban


Responsibilities:
  • Play a crucial role in driving the success of outbound calling operations by ensuring that the dialler system is optimized, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies for optimizing dialler operations in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of dialler analysts.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of dialler technology solutions.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for dialler performance. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage budgets for dialler operations.
  • Manage relationships with dialler system vendors and service providers.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into dialler performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with dialler operations, including data security risks, compliance violations, and technological vulnerabilities.

Requirements:
  • At least 2-5 years relevant experience working in a dialler management position (advantageous)
  • BSc. Computer Sciences or National Diploma in IT or Operations Management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft BI Tools (SQL/SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/PowerBI), Genesis Dialler, Microsoft Excel.

Remuneration:
  • R360 000 R540 000 per annum.
