REQUIREMENTS

Matric, NQF 6 qualification or a succession place in plan to achieve the qualification with 12 months advantageous
Ability to multi skill strong communication & negotiation skills
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans and a self-starter
Strong mathematical understanding
Keen interest in global and local events and economics
Understand and communicate market moves
Confident individual able to talk to high-net-worth individuals regarding the market and global events

DUTIES

Manage a client base:
- Fielding calls and emails from clients regarding forex rate indications and market updates
- Booking deals, ensuring that these deals are correctly recorded on the systems
- Checking rates on systems for clients
- Communicating with clients to understand terms and conditions
Ensuring that all procedures are adhered to
Proactively manage specific client base assigned:
- Understanding clients needs and trading patterns
- Phoning clients regarding non trading or change in trading patterns
- Manage Market movements and how this will affect clients with import & Export payments
Helping out other team members that are on leave or away from their desks
Compile the client market update and present this in the morning
