We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Franchise Business Developer (Coach) to join our team. This role is responsible for working closely with Express Franchise Owners for the Western and Eastern Cape to support operational and sales success. The Junior Franchise Business Developer (Coach) will work alongside and be trained by the current Franchise Developer who is responsible for communicating, training, developing, and ensuring compliance with their respective Express Franchise Owners, while offering ongoing operational support. The successful Junior Franchise Business Developer (Coach) will be mentored into communicating strategic goals and act as a business advisor to the Express Franchise Owners, providing support in daily activities and overall business strategies to support the success of the Express brand long-term. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth within the Express franchise model. REPORTS TO : Franchise Business Developer Manager The successful candidate will be required to be mentored and trained in the following areas: Represent Express Employment Professionals Core Values, Core Purpose, and Brand Operating Standards. Responsible for conducting weekly Teams connect call business reviews with Franchise Owners and driving engagement. Must be able to hold franchisees accountable for designated tasks and help keep franchisees on track to achieve company goals. Train, mentor and coach franchisees on systems and processes that best support company initiatives. Conduct monthly office visits and provide on-site training and development with Franchise Owners, including developing culture and leadership skills. Become an expert in Express operations and be available to answer all questions. Serve as liaison between franchisee and franchisor (headquarters). Support franchisees in delivering various sales reports, primary focus on top-line sales, productivity, and production management. Driving continuous performance improvement focusing on leading indicators and established key metrics. Learn and perform all positions within an Express office. Fully understanding and compliance of the Express franchise agreement, processes and systems. Performs additional duties as assigned, as this list does not reflect all the duties and responsibilities of the Junior Franchise Business Developer (Coach). QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE Minimum: - Diploma in Small Business Management OR 1-2 years of experience in business coaching, franchise operations, or a similar role OR 3 years' working experience within an Express office. Driver's License SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a team and independently Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving ability Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of client/franchisee service response. Possess a strong commitment to a team environment. Prepared to travel Nationally. Hands on experience with developing a clear vision of how to run operations efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Own vehicle. COMPENSATION PACKAGE Salary dependent upon education, certifications, additional skills, and time spent in the profession.
