Job title: Junior Industrial Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented Junior Industrial Engineer with coding skills to join our team and contribute to our client's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity within the company.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions tailored to our financial services.
Utilize coding skills to create, test, and maintain automation scripts and tools.
Assist in the integration of new technologies and systems into existing workflows.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization projects.
Prepare technical documentation and reports on system performance and improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven ability to code in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automation tools and software development.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with financial systems and processes is a plus, but not required.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Salary: R35 000-R45 000 CTC per month, depending on experience.

Location: Stellenbosch, in office.

Start Date: 1 August 2024.
