Junior Internal Sales Rep - Port Elizabeth

Our client is seeking an Junior Internal Sales Rep to join the Port Elizabeth team, · Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person, · Assist customers in selecting the appropriate suspension solutions based on their needs and preferences. · Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems. · Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. · Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues. · Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals. · Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the sales area. · Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. · Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. · Grade 12 · Sales / Marketing qualification will be beneficial, · Minimum 2 years' in a similar position · Must have a passion for off-road vehicles and suspension systems, · Familiar with MS Office and CRM software, · Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed,
