Job Description As a 180˚ Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for candidate delivery and management, and ensuring excellent candidate experience. Duties Build strong rapport with prospective candidates. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do alongside their work culture and environment. Headhunting: identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Lead generation from candidate calls. Receiving and reviewing applications, Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the account manager. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question. Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. Interviews: organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing candidates about the results of their interviews. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements Offering advice on pay rates, training, and career progression. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Making notes and follow workflows on Influence (CRM) Meet and exceed monthly financial Targets. Meet and exceed monthly set KPI's. Attend monthly appraisals. Ensure POPI compliance at all times. Some out of hours duties will be expected, within reason. Time to time, reasonable duties if required. Experience 1-2 years of IT/Tech space recruitment experience Degree or Matric with Sales Experience Understanding of Recruitment life cycle Good IT technical knowledge / understanding Excellent Grasp of MS package skills (Word / Outlook Etc) Be able to communicate on high level business English.
