Job Description As an Account Manager, you will manage existing and new client relationships. You will be responsible for driving growth and establishing partnerships to promote and sell contract and permanent recruitment solutions. Duties Foster and develop relationships with clients, candidates, and contractors. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment. Provide end-to-end account management. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. Growing current client base through BDM initiatives Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Service multiple clients concurrently and meeting deadlines. Develop, retain, and grow client relationships to ensure a high level of quality service and satisfaction. Some out of hours duties will be expected, within reason. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates. Ensure POPI compliance at all times. Meet and exceed monthly financial Targets. Meet and exceed monthly set KPI's. Attend monthly appraisals. Time to time reasonable duties as expected from Account Manager. Time to time, reasonable management duties if required. Experience Degree or Matric with Sales Experience Understanding of Contract Recruitment life cycle within a Tech Space Managing contract recruitment life cycle Proven experience in account management roles within contract recruitment industry is essential and dealing with Senior level Stakeholders. Excellent IT technical knowledge / understanding Strong Sales background. Excellent Grasp of MS package skills (Word / Outlook Etc) Be able to communicate on high level business English.
