Reference: JHB000436-KdV-1 Company based in Pretoria Gauteng is looking for a Junior Mechanical Draughtsman to join their team. Qualification and Experience Required: Diploma or higher education in Mechanical Engineering and draughting. Design experience in component manufacturing industry. Sound knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing industry. Responsibilities : Draughting and development of design layout and concepts. Draughting 3D and 2D and product drawings. Work with project managers and customers to understand design requirements. Design new products in AutoCAD and SolidWorks as per customer specification. Dealing with customers regarding product development. Sort out product issues of products. Update drawings and processes. Modification and R & D on existing products and new projects. Support with all documentation with regards to New projects and product development or exiting products. Draughting layouts and handover to production with internal PCS process's Preference will be given to applicants with sound knowledge of SolidWorks R18 000 - R23 000
