Key Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, organize, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and quality.
Deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
Manage several concurrent high-visibility projects using agile methods, crossing multiple business divisions.
Perform daily system checks and assist on a wide variety of projects across all DMA platforms (SCRM, OPUS, UNITY, DIALOG).
Administer PMO reporting and facilitate Scrum Framework ceremonies.
Communicate effectively with internal and external development teams, as well as end users.

Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and all Microsoft Office Tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level.
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.

Qualification Requirements:

BCom Honours Degree or equivalent NQF Level 8 Qualification (minimum requirement).
Professional Scrum Master (Level 1) certification is preferred, but not essential. Candidates must be prepared to take this exam if hired.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle models and expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies for enterprise-level application development projects.
Balanced business/technical background, with sufficient technical knowledge to provide credible leadership to development teams and accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues.
