Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.
Professional Scrum Master (Level 1) certification is preferred, but not essential. Candidates must be prepared to take this exam if hired.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle models and expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies for enterprise-level application development projects.
Balanced business/technical background, with sufficient technical knowledge to provide credible leadership to development teams and accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues.
