What you'll be doing: Competency based recruitment - there'll be training and some initial hand-holding Screen and interview applicants The person we're looking for: Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Industrial Psychology Must have initiative, problem solving skills and good people skills Must be able to work collaboratively in a team Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel) We're hiring for the right attitude and we're prepared to train the skills required Good written and verbal communication skills Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
