Junior Operational Risk Associate - Gauteng Purpose of position: Assisting the risk management team in implementing an enterprise-wide risk management framework. Responsibilities: Performing risk assessments on internal processes across the entire control environment Assisting in identifying possible ways in which to reduce risks through planning and problem-solving Providing guidance to business on the implementation of risk management principles Maintaining the risk register and key risk indicators Supporting the creation of ORSA and GOI risk policies Requirements: Matric (essential) Relevant qualification in Risk Management, Economics, Compliance, Law, or Governance (essential) A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in the insurance industry Understanding and knowledge of risk governance and risk principles Skills and Attributes: Passionate/positive attitude Analytical ability and solution orientated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good written and verbal competence Must be a team player and also have the ability to contribute individually If you don't receive any feedback within 10 working days after the closing date, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
