Junior Sales Administrator (IT/ICT) - Midrand
We are looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to join our Channel Sales team in our Samrand offices. You’ll work on-site alongside a growing team of sales professionals, project leads, operation teams and marketing specialists. Job responsibilities Monitor online orders received via company website Process orders on company system (Fincon) timeously and accurately Monitor outstanding orders/payments and cancel where necessary Allocate orders to the correct location where stock is located and communicate orders to different warehouses Daily communication to warehouses to ensure orders are invoiced and dispatched timeously Manage and communicate orders with insufficient stock to the manager and customer Monitor delivery of parcels to customers/end-users and follow up / investigate undelivered orders Work with dormant customer base to validate eligibility to retain account Assist with account manager queries / customer queries whilst account managers are out of office or unavailable to assist Qualifications and Characteristics Completion of Matric or National Senior Certificate – Tertiary qualification a benefit Trustworthy and dependable Punctual and willing to do what is necessary to meet deadlines Ability to take initiative and manage own time effectively Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Very good communication skills (verbal and writing) Able to communicate with different levels of customers Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook recommended Professional attitude Work well under pressure
