Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets established by management. Account Management: Maintain and expand existing accounts through planned visits and team collaboration. Reporting: Keep the team informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports (scrums), weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Issue Resolution: Identify, own, and track client and colleague issues to ensure satisfactory resolution for the client. Customer Service: Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering the highest level of service in the industry. Business Development: Support regional and company goals to create and grow various aspects of the business. Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels and perform stock takes in your area. Advantageous Knowledge: Familiarity with sensors and technical expertise. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Afrikaans is a plus. Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license with reliable transport less than 10 years old.
