To make sure nothing is forgotten As a Technical Sales Consultant you will be responsible for proactively seeking new business opportunities and identifying needs and wants in the Construction marketplace. Driving specifications with influencers such as architects, engineers, QS, etc. Advancing the company's image by networking and being actively involved in applicable functions and technical seminars. Ensuring pricing strategy is followed, and profitability targets are met. Compiling and submitting monthly sales reports and forecasts and advising the sales manager of changing market conditions. Facilitate all customer product quality complaints and backup services. Participate in stock take, when necessary, ensure accurate product forecasts to minimize working capital requirements. Maintain awareness of the credit status of the customers to facilitate sales orders and admin. Submission of customer visit reports (CRM) and call planning schedules when required, and participation in regular local sales meetings to foster good internal relations, teamwork, and performance excellence.
