Junior Sales Representative - Bloemfontein

Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the team's sales targets. This role is perfect for an individual who is eager to develop their sales skills and grow within a supportive and thriving business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to improve sales strategies and enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new market penetration and sales growth.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help tailor products to the market needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.

  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.
