Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets established by management. Account Management: Maintain and expand existing accounts through planned visits and team collaboration. Reporting: Keep the team informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports (scrums), weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Issue Resolution: Identify, own, and track client and colleague issues to ensure satisfactory resolution for the client. Customer Service: Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering the highest level of service in the industry.
