Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Reporting to 3x Site Supervisors General The successful individual must - be able to work flexible hours as it is an inherent working condition of the position have own reliable transport and be able to get to the client sites at all hours as and when the situation requires Ensure operational effectiveness in terms of staff i.e., recruitment, availability and monitoring and correcting behavior Business development Retention of existing clients Staff recruitment and induction for various client sites Manage and monitor hours and allowance Provide training as and when required IR including initiate hearings/corrective disciplinary action Issue and monitor PPE/company property Maintain accurate statistics Resolve queries from assignees, clients and management Carry out various ad-hoc duties as required Qualification & Requirements Minimum Matric / NQF Level4 Equivelant Valid drivers' license with own vehicle Experience Proven record of managing staff at a supervisory level (sites) Previous recruitment industry in a similar position an advantage Skills / attributes Communication skills, both written and verbal across all levels Computer literacy at intermediate level with specific knowledge of drawing up and utilizing Excel spreadsheets Driven individual that is a fast learner Organized Disciplined with good attention to detail Team Player Interpersonal skills Problem solving with a hands-on approach Effective time management skills Based on current earnings and experience (Company Cell / Business Petrol Allowance / Computer(Laptop))
