Key Account Administrator - Johannesburg

Job Summary: As a Key Account Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Retail Accounts Executive by efficiently managing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks. Working closely with our office staff, you'll contribute to the seamless implementation of administrative processes. Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional multitasking abilities Extensive experience in managing clerical responsibilities Excellent professional communication and etiquette Analytical thinking for effective problem-solving Job Duties and Responsibilities: Accurate data capture and analysis Timely creation and completion of reports Client relations and effective liaison Order capturing and processing, from receipt to delivery Proactive follow-up on orders and client requirements Internal and external feedback provision Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date filing systems Evaluation of clientele needs Regular updates to client listings Assistance in the preparation of presentation materials Requirements and Qualifications: Professional administrative experience Valid SA driver’s license and own functional car Strong matric results Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, comprehension) Fast, proficient, and accurate typist and/or data capturer Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency Familiarity with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.) Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities If you possess these skills and qualifications and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for the Key Account Administrator position.
