Our client, an Insights-led below-the-line (BTL) marketing agency dedicated to creating exceptional shopping experiences for some of the world's best brands has a vacancy for a seasoned Key Accounts Manager. We are looking for a curious, target-driven, customer service obsessed Key Account Manager. A dynamic professional, who is interested in being the architect of great customer experiences. Someone who has a passion for helping brands amplify themselves in the market, and a track record for delivering excellent customer service, growing market share and increasing sales revenue. A professional team player that wants to grow and thrive in a high paced environment. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Degree/Tertiary Education in Sales & Marketing / Business Studies; 5-7 years Key Account Management experience in a B2B marketing business (within the BTL marketing space or agency space is preferred); Must be brand-orientated, and understand Trade / Customer Marketing and how it integrates into the marketing mix to deliver real outcomes for brands in trade; At least 5 years solid experience presenting to clients across all levels; Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management; Strong project management skills and proficient in managing complex projects across multiple teams; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation (external & internal); Problem solving and Negotiation Skills; Understand the basics of a P&L and how it influences commercial decisions; Demonstrate sound business acumen; Computer Literate (G Suite and MS Office proficient; CRM proficient). Profile / Key attributes Relationship builder: Ability to build strong relationships and leverage them Energised: The ability to lift the energy of the surrounding environment through dynamic, engaging, meaningful interactions Curious: must ask questions and be obsessed with the underlying reasons Active listening : The ability to listen, organise and collate information in a concise manner and decide on the correct way to respond accordingly Proactive: The ability to ask questions, plan ahead and think through the client's process in order to anticipate any potential needs before they arise Confident: self-aware and belief in one's own strengths and abilities Persuasive: The ability to persuade/win over an audience and navigate them too Resilient: A strong minded person who is capable of being able to bounce back after a set back and persist in achieving goals with a positive outlook despite obstacles along the way Adaptable: Able to navigate diverse stakeholder relationships and corporate environments. Creative: Competence in creative design for both internal and external engagements Problem solver: Quick thinker with the ability to provide innovative solutions in ambiguous situations. Target Driven: Must be goal-oriented and motivated to reach set targets Results Driven: Eager to see results once tasks have been actioned.
