We are looking for a curious, target-driven, customer service obsessed Key Account Manager. A dynamic professional, who is interested in being the architect of great customer experiences. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Degree/Tertiary Education in Sales & Marketing / Business Studies; 5-7 years Key Account Management experience in a B2B marketing business (within the BTL marketing space or agency space is preferred); Must be brand-orientated, and understand Trade / Customer Marketing and how it integrates into the marketing mix to deliver real outcomes for brands in trade; At least 5 years solid experience presenting to clients across all levels; Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management; Strong project management skills and proficient in managing complex projects across multiple teams; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation (external & internal); Problem solving and Negotiation Skills; Understand the basics of a P&L and how it influences commercial decisions; Demonstrate sound business acumen; Computer Literate (G Suite and MS Office proficient; CRM proficient).
