The Key Account Manager opportunity has arisen within the Sales Department for a suitable individual to manage existing customers by meeting and exceeding the expectations of all the retail customers and growing sales in existing and new stores. The position is in the Gauteng Region. The Key Account Manager will report directly to the National Sales Manager Setting annual sales and expense budgets. Pricing strategy and product listings. Product strategy & sourcing. Calculating order quantities to ensure correct stock covers. Liaising with production team locally to ensure stock levels are maintained and launch dates met. Analyse and action customer stock and sales reports. All communication with customer buying, planning and technology teams. Build and strengthen relationships with key service providers and all clients. Communicate occasion launches, store revamps, new stores, special projects to Business. Manage equipment budget, new equipment design and implementation thereof Communication to finance team on suppliers' details, payment, etc. Write-off's approval. Grade 12 • Sales / Marketing degree or related certificate will be advantageous • Must have a flair for Key Account Management and negotiation • Must be competent using MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) • Excellent Planning, administrative and time management skills • Commercial acumen • Professional and driven to succeed • Strong leadership skills and team player
