Job Description: Sales Generation: ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector. ● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. ● Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the industry Product Knowledge: ● Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in transport equipment refrigeration. ● Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements. Customer Relationship Management: ● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. ● Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions tailored to their business goals. Market Research: ● Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and potential clients. ● Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to recommend product enhancements Collaboration: ● Work closely with the product development and fitment teams to align sales strategies. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Reporting: ● Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, detailing progress towards targets and key performance indicators. Job Requirements: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, 5 Years preferably in the transport equipment or refrigeration industry Calling on Truck Dealers & Bodybuilders. (Preferred) ● Strong understanding of transport logistics and refrigeration technology. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
