Ongoing key relationships will include : COO; Leadership & Management team Commercial & support teams - HRPP, SCM, Finance Marketing Team Agents, Distributors, Partners, Customers Outsourced and 3P services providers Accountabilities: Close GAPS Organise regular business reviews with customers Maintain, check and update customer data Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired Business Programs Customer Service/ Customer Wiring Fulfil seasonal strategies Nation-wide promotions, arrangement of local events, and working out local promotions. Listing of new products Guarantee and improve product distribution and availability at the accounts Effective equipment placement (racks/ displays Price execution and communication towards customers Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy and ensure executional excellence A/R management of customers Work closely with the COO & Sales Team to assess customer opportunities across the country: Ensure timely input to the commercial planning process Established CDA contracts according to company principles and strategy Effective budget management (customer P&L responsibility) Ensure effective communication All duties are willingly undertaken and performance to agreed standards Skills, experience, qualifications: Degree in business administration or a related field Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Business Development - Strong business sense and industry expertise Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Mentoring, coaching and people management skills A shared vision and cross-functional collaboration across all the functions People Management Skills Communication Skills Sales, Marketing Talent Management Apply Now
