Key Accounts Sales and Operations Agent - Bryanston
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Maintaining and developing of key accounts and customers to retain them for extended period of time Research key customers want and needs Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants Ensure that services rendered are in time Serve as a central point for all major key accounts Resolve customers complaint in an effective and respectful manner Measure, track and analyze key accounts metrics Generating month end reports to management Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices Management of the client operations and administration Ensure effective processing of billing of clients and effective statements Ensure on time payment of clients and providers Management of entire AP and AR process of client Competencies: Strong assertive individual with the ability to challenge the status quo (with strong business acumen) Problem solving skills Ability to liaise with all stakeholders Strong analytical skills Can do attitude and “the ability to hit the ground running” Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must be a team player and self-sufficient Must pay great attention to detail, work methodically and accurately Must have the ability to be proactive and prompt in decision making Must be able to multitask and be hardworking Must have good communication skills with a good telephone manners Trust, honesty and integrity are of paramount importance Excellent communication skills. Written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Numerical and mathematical accuracy. Must be able to work in a very pressurized environment. Attend to issues with speed and accuracy. Produce high quality work QUALIFICATIONS: Matric Exemption EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 year experience in Logistics Sales KPA / MAJOR TASKS: High quality work output Ensure sales targets are met Process innovation
