We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts / Sales Representative for a client in the truck accessories manufacturing sector. Ideally applicants should have existing experience / relationships with truck / commercial dealerships or experience in the automotive sector (not vehicle sales) Build and maintain relationships with truck dealerships / trucking customers Promote the brand in order to enhance the value of all company products Participate in events and open days to ensure visibility of the brand Find new prospects / new markets / growth areas / customers Identify and report on new emerging trends Expand sales channels to maximize business opportunities Providemarket feedback on products Understand customer needs and devise plans to meet them Devise sales plans in order to meet objectives, enhance and expand the business, and achieve sales targets Collaborate with Marketing on promotional strategies that meet customer demands Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service Negotiate and close deals Resolve any customer concerns Maintain and update customer information and sales data Attend industry specific events to build network and relationships Matric Maintain a professional image Must be self motivated and confident Consultative sales experience Proven track record of success Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities Able to work independently Strong reporting skills Excellent time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
