We're looking for a dedicated Junior Payroll Administrator with experience in labour relations to join our growing team. Your Role: As a Junior Payroll Administrator, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, ensuring that our payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll using SAGE for all salon employees, ensuring timely and compliant salary payments. Staff compliment is ranging between 100 - 120 FTE. Labour Relations Administration: Assist in managing employee relations, address grievances, support disciplinary processes, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. HR Support: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labour laws, financial administration and company policies. Employee Assistance: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and LR matters, providing prompt and professional assistance. Data Management: USe SAGE software to manage employee data and generate reports for management Grade 12 and relevent payroll and labour relations experience Payroll adminstration for at least 120 employees SAGE software expereince is essential Subject to experience Apply Now
