What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute innovative CRM strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead the implementation and customization of CRM solutions to optimize performance and data quality.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops to maximize user adoption and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Utilize CRM data for insightful analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate CRM with other business systems and implement workflow automation.

What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or relevant certifications preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, implementation, or management roles.
- Expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
