We are on the lookout for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist for our client, based south of KZN. We require an energetic individual who will support the development of a learning and development plan linked to business performance needs and competence gaps within the business. What you will do: • Provide co-ordination and support in all aspects of L&D including planning, preparation of learning material, logistical support, payments of suppliers / training providers and reporting • Conduct learning needs analysis through consultations with managers, through evaluation of business information or other relevant assessment methods • Develop and manage learning plans for Manufacturing in line with key business goals • Support the development of competence for key jobs and talent pipeline through partnering with Line Managers • Determine appropriate leaning strategies and approaches aligned to the 70:20:10 principles and facilitate formal learning programs using a variety of methods What you will need: • Degree (Business/HR/Organisational Psychology or equivalent) and 3-5 years relevant experience • Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively and to work in a team • Planning and organizational skills and budgeting management • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task effectively • Valid driver's license Excited to learn more?
