My client, a leading and well know Retailer needs an experienced Learning and Development Facilitator to join their team in Kleksdorp in the North West Province.
This position will report to the Learning and Development Operations Manager.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
Knowledge of South African Learning and Development Legislation
Facilitation experience of at least 3 years
Retail experience will be an advantage
Learning and Development or HR qualification
Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Presentation and Facilitation skills.
Effective writing and speaking skills in English and another official SA language
Ability to drive critical, student-led dialogs about learning material.
Excellent computer literacy in MS office (word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience of using digital technologies as a teaching tool will be an added advantage
Must reside in the Klerksdorp area or be willing to relocate at your own cost
SA Citizens only
Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel
Must be Criminal Clear
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain professional relationships with necessary stakeholders.
Facilitate learning through scheduled, and properly executed Learning and Development interventions
Deliver training in line with the required quality standards of SETA and the Organization
Execute reporting, administration and document control.
Assess leaners formative and summative assessment inline with qualification guidelines.
Manage costs in line with Learning and Development cost framework.
