Learning and Development Specialist - North Johannesburg
We are currently recruiting a Learning and Development Specialist for a 6 month contract position in Sandton that meets the following requirements:
Qualification, Experience & Requirements:
· Relevant University Bachelor Degree
· 6+ years experience within a Learning and Development role
· Experience in implementation of LXP and Learning Digital Solutions
· Data Analysis, Data Scientist , Data Visualization using relevant tools / platforms
· Competency framework development
· Digital Learning Experience and Adoption
· Digital Competencies and Capabilities
· Learning & Development Team Effectiveness and Communication
