We are inviting applications for the position of Leasing Manager Negotiations of lease renewals Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements Peruse and prepare lease agreements for signature Implement systems and control measures Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant/ Landlord relations Property Administration. Professional support services to the team Understanding of commercial leasing agreements Understanding of retail environment Requirements: National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) Tertiary Qualification will be an advantaged Experience: 3 years experience in the commercial property leasing environment Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills are essential Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment Proficient in both English and Afrikaans Computer literate in MS Office Efficient and detail orientated who can work under pressure in a deadline orientated environment.
