We are looking for an individual with a proven record in the administration industry. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and communication skills. Minimum Requirements: Completed Matric. 2 – 4 years previous experience in legal administration. I.E filing, copies and making notes on systems. Experience Required Legal administration. Filing of documents. Arranging collection and delivery of documents. Attending to copies. Making legal notes on the system. Skills Required Strong communication skills. Administratively strong. Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in working on AJS, OCS and DM11 will be an advantage.
