Our Client within the Financial Services Industry is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team Identify and Manage Legal risks Responsible to ensure that the business enters into commercial arrangements Providing appropriate legal advice to the business Ensure internal clients receive appropriate advice when disputes arise Matric and relevant Tertiary qualification (Law degree and admission in relevant jurisdiction (South Africa). 5 years' post admission commercial law experience in negotiating, drafting and vetting commercial agreements including software, technology, digital services and Intellectual Property transactions and agreements. Experience in Broad risk management (including regulatory and compliance) and corporate governance. Salary Market Related
