Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 110 rentals by administering
• Advertising
• Viewings
• Inspections
• Applications
• Arrear rent
• Maintenance
• Co-ordinate with rentals admin assistant
• Liaising with landlords
• Updating online portal
• Growing division

Minimum Requirements, along with what is mentioned above:

• Own Vehicle
• Valid Drivers License
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record
