Must have the following: At least 5 years experience as a letting agent Must have a valid FFC Must be real estate PDE 4 or higher certified Must be computer literate – intermediate level Microsoft Office Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 110 rentals by administering Advertising Viewings Inspections Applications Arrear rent Maintenance Co-ordinate with rentals admin assistant Liaising with landlords Updating online portal Growing division Minimum Requirements, along with what is mentioned above: Own Vehicle Valid Drivers License Clear Credit and Criminal Record R 12000 - R 15000 - Monthly
